NEEBOR, the Network of Eastern External Border Regions holds its second annual conference in the Észak-Alföld Region, Hungary on the 15th of November 2006.

The main idea and objective of the conference are:

  • informing about the European Neighbourhood Policy and Partnership Instrument of the European Union;
  • learning about other regions’ experiences and best practices in cross border cooperation;
  • networking between NEEBOR members and conference participants;
  • fostering joint ENPI, FP7, CIP, territorial cooperation projects.
