4th Annual Conference of NEEBOR – 01/08/2009

The 4th Annual Conference of the NEEBOR Network will be held 9th-11th September in Joensuu – Finland.

The Network of Eastern External Border Regions (NEEBOR) is an interregional and bottom-up initiative that aims at increasing cooperation between the regions of the eastern external borderline of the European Union.

This year’s annual conference is entitled “Cooperation on the European Eastern External Border – Towards a Safer and Economically More Balanced Border Region”.
